=21px-- Basic Information --

Your name, Steam name, and SteamID: Adam, {BTG} That Spiffing Fellow, STEAM_1:1:37848730

How old are you?: 21

Are you in the CoronaRP Discord? If so, what is your ID?: Yes, I am; Spiff#6465

How long have you played on the server? (ETA): Maybe about 3 hours.

Are you familiar with the rules?: Yes, I made sure to read them before I joined

Are you familiar with AWarn and ULX?: Yes

What timezone are you currently in?: GMT

=21pxHow often can you be on?: Fairly often at the moment, with the actual coronavirus thing going on, I'm unable to go outside anyways (Not that I'd want to though)

Why do you want to be a staff member?: I have been a staff member on Gmod servers more often than I have been a regular player. After a certain time of being an admin, you get used to being able to fix things quickly. I just like to be able to help when problems come up.

What can you bring to the staff team?: I have 3,759 hours on Gmod. I can safely say that most of that has been spent as an admin, a decent time being just an admin on duty. I have a freindly demeanor and am patient to a fault. This even extends to the classic minges, often times showing them the cool parts of the server can change their attitude completely.

What are you expecting becoming a staff member?: The ability to help whenever people need it, to be able to act as a mediator so that the population of the server can stay, overall, happy.

-- Scenarios --

=21pxSomeone is running through the streets killing 4+ people, what do you do?: First I would ask the people they killed if they had a problem with what occured. If they have no problem with what has happened, I leave it alone. If they are upset, I talk to the person who did the killings and try to find out why they did it. Often times it will be a simple misunderstanding, or a thoughtless act of revenge for something that happened to them earlier. If they cannot provide a logical reasoning for their outbirst I shall tell them, calmly, my understanding of the events that happened, and then tell them what I will do as a result of this. Most of the time a warn shall suffice, but if their attitude is more heated I may be required to jail them for a short time, or kick them.

Someone has a mega-base with only one person in the party, what do you do?: Calmly notify them of the rule they are breaking, and give them a couple of minutes to sort that out. Either by finding enough party members, or by making their building plans smaller. If they do not comply, I will simply tell them to comply within five minutes, or figure out which section of their base they wish for me to delete. If they still do not comply, I shall move on to simply kicking them, and removing all of their base.

=21pxSomeone is saying the N word in chat, what do you do?: Remind them of the rule they are breaking (Located in the discord rules section) and give them a warning, if they are to persist, kick. If they join back and still persist, remind them once more and kick them again. If they join back and persist still, a short ban of one day might be neccesary.

Someone is spamming the Discord with NSFW messages, what do you?: Temporarily ban the user from the discord while I clean up the messages, them PM the user in question and explain why they were temporarily banned. If, upon return the user persists, do the same, but change the ban length to one day. If they join back and still persist, longer bans may have to be considered.

Someone lock picks into a base without adverting raid, what do you do?: Remind them of the rule being broken and give them a warning, sometimes these things are easy to forget. If they persist, take the person aside, give them another warning, and have a chat with them to find out why they keep doing this. If they persist still, I would talk to the person again and explain that this has happened multiple times, and I now believe this to be intentional, I would then jail them for a short time, or kick them, depending on the persons reactions. If they persist, kick once more, then move to short term bans.

You suspect someone is cheating, what do you do?: Personally, I would check the admin logs in console (if there is any). If there is no evidence there pointing to cheating, I would move on to watching the player for a short time. There are multiple ways to watch a player; If the server has a silent spectate option, this would be my preffered method. I usually would only watch a person for 15 mins max, as cheaters are (usually) fairly impatient. If they are found to be cheating, I would confront them, before swiftly applying at least a one day ban. I would also make an effort to undo whatever the person has done with these cheats (deleting spawned in money, items, etc.) With this kind of offence, it is beneficial to warn the rest of the staff team, so they know to watch this player in the future.
